• You may cancel at any time before your next billing date

• No refunds are issued for the current billing period once it has begun

• You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the paid period

 

Exceptional Circumstances We understand that life happens. If you are experiencing a serious medical issue, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstance, please reach out to us directly. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
